No tricks in these matcha treats! Coconut Vanilla Matchaful Protein Bliss Balls.

Only a handful of ingredients - these protein balls are gluten-free, paleo-friendly, dairy free, and lightly sweetened.  Ingredients: 1 cup organic almonds 1 cup shredded organic coconut 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 tsp Matchaful Jade Grade 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup melted organic coconut oil Ingredients (for rolling): 1/4 cup shredded organic coconut 1 tsp Matchaful 100% organic Jade Grade Directions: Blend all dry ingredients in a food processor until a sand like consistency, for 1-2 minutes Add maple syrup and coconut oil.
