Only a handful of ingredients - these protein balls are gluten-free, paleo-friendly, dairy free, and lightly sweetened.
1 cup organic almonds
1 cup shredded organic coconut
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp Matchaful Jade Grade
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted organic coconut oil
Ingredients (for rolling):
1/4 cup shredded organic coconut
1 tsp Matchaful 100% organic Jade Grade
Blend all dry ingredients in a food processor until a sand like consistency, for 1-2 minutes
Add maple syrup and coconut oil. Blend 1-2 more minutes.
Roll into balls. Then roll in shredded coconut and matcha mixture.
Place in freezer for one hour to set. Store in fridge.
