Answers for our most frequent shipping questions
Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the US, including US territories. We do not offer international shipping right now but hope to someday soon!
How much is shipping? What are my options?
Orders over $65 and subscription orders ship FREE!
Orders under $65 will see a $5 flat rate at checkout.
Depending on your order value and destination, your order will either ship by USPS First Class/Priority or UPS Ground. Please note: UPS DOES NOT deliver to PO Boxes. We also offer multiple upgrade options.
How long until my order ships?
Upon receiving your order, our shipping turnaround is 24 to 48 hours. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.
*For UPS 3 Day Select and UPS 2nd Day Air Orders: 3 Day and 2 Day shipping begins from the time your order enters UPS possession, not from the time your order is placed on our site. For example, an order placed on Friday afternoon with UPS 2nd Day Air selected will not be fulfilled until Monday and will not reach your final destination until Wednesday.
For best results, please place your orders as early in the weekday as possible and contact us with specific questions on timing.
Where do you ship from?
・Most online orders will ship from our fulfillment center in California.
・Some special items and orders may be shipped out of our headquarters in New York.
・In some cases, your order may be split shipped. We will contact you with tracking information for both shipments.
How long until I get my order?
Unfortunately once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we do not have control over USPS or UPS and can provide no further information beyond what tracking shows.
Estimated times for USPS are:
USPS First Class: 3-5 days
USPS Priority: 2-5 days
USPS is experiencing significant delays due to limited transportation availability relating to COVID-19, with reported delays of 3 weeks or more.
Estimated times for UPS are:
UPS Ground: 1-5 days
UPS is also occasionally experiencing delays relating to COVID-19.
Where is my tracking number?
When your order was shipped a shipping confirmation was sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email contains a link to your carrier tracking. Please check your Spam folder. If you still did not receive this email, contact us at hello@matchaful.com.
How can I track my order?
USPS Updates:

・Select “Track”
・Select “Send Updates”

・Select the type of updates you’d like to receive (e recommend selecting all)
・Enter your email or SMS text
・Select “Done”
How do I change my shipping address?
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. Once your order has processed we cannot update your shipping address.
My order is still “in transit.” What’s going on?
Please continue to monitor USPS updates—your order is still on the way. According to USPS, your order is still being processed or transported to your delivering Post Office facility. Additional tracking information will be available when it arrives at unit and is out for delivery. This scan may appear multiple times from the same facility and/or on different days as it is processed or in transit.
I received a delivery notification but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Please check all potential delivery locations at your address.
Your carrier may have placed it in a secure location out of view of the street.
・Check with others at your address, or perhaps a neighbor, to see if someone else has picked up the package.
・Check around the entrances of your residence for the package, particularly on back porches, bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather.
Also note that notifications do not always sync perfectly with actual order status. Your order may be delivered 24 hours or more since you received the delivery notification.
USPS Orders:
・Your local post office will be the best resource in tracking down a package.
・If it has been over 24 hours from the ‘delivered’ status, to save time a service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.
・You can also call USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.
UPS Orders:
・Shipments that don’t require a signature can be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion.
・Note that drivers may also use plastic bags to protect your package from the weather.
・If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us so that we can initiate a trace process with UPS.
