⦿ Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the US, including US territories. We do not offer international shipping right now but hope to someday soon!
⦿ What are my options?
All orders ship by USPS First Class or USPS Priority, depending on the size and weight of your order. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
⦿ How long until my order ships?
Upon receiving your order, our shipping turnaround is 24 to 48 hours. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.
⦿ How much is shipping?
Orders over $35 ship FREE!
Orders under $35 will be charged according to USPS First Class postage.
⦿ Where do you ship from?
- Most online orders will ship from our fulfillment center in California.
- Some special items and orders may be shipped out of our headquarters in New York.
- In some cases, your order may be split shipped. We will contact you with tracking information for both shipments.
⦿ How long until I get my order?
Unfortunately once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we do not have control over USPS. Below are typical estimated shipping times with USPS. Please note USPS is currently experiencing significant delays relating to COVID-19.
- First class 2-5 business days (not guaranteed)
- Priority: 2-3 business days (not guaranteed)
⦿ Where is my tracking number?
When your order was shipped a shipping confirmation was sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email contains a link to your USPS tracking. Please check your Spam folder. If you still did not receive this email, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
⦿ How can I track my order?
Though our system will send you a delivery notice, we HIGHLY recommend you also directly sign up for USPS updates.
Enter the tracking # at:
- Go to "Text and Email Updates"
- Enter your email/phone number
We also HIGHLY recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery. Informed Delivery is a free and optional notification feature that gives residential consumers the ability to digitally preview their letter-sized mail and manage their packages scheduled to arrive soon. ⦿ How do I change my shipping address?
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. Once your order has processed we cannot update your shipping address.
⦿ My order is still “in transit.” What’s going on?
Please continue to monitor USPS updates - your order is still on the way. According to USPS, your order is still being processed or transported to your delivering Post Office facility. Additional tracking information will be available when it arrives at unit and is out for delivery. This scan may appear multiple times from the same facility and/or on different days as it is processed or in transit.
⦿ USPS shows my order was delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Please check all potential delivery locations at your address.
Your carrier may have placed it in a secure location out of view of the street.
- Check your:
- Under a mat
- Any area out of potential weather hazards
- Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
- Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
- Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
- In rare cases, your package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24-72 hours to be delivered.
If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, you can send a service request to your local Post Office facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days. You can also call USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.
We have found local post offices are the best resource in tracking down a package!
