Pause for a moment of connected and reinvigoration in our cafe spaces, where Eastern zen meets Western modernity. With a creative menu of alchemic matcha lattes, elixirs, and plant-based snacks prepared daily by our in-house chefs, there’s something to savor at any time of day.
Preparing the Perfect Matcha
Sift
Using a fine mesh sieve, sift the powder into your whisking bowl.
Whisk
Add 2oz of 180°F water to sifted matcha and whisk in a zig zag motion.
Pour
Pour your matcha mixture into 6oz of 180° water or hot or cold milk. Sip soundly and enjoy!
