There’s one step in the matcha-making process that we cannot live without: sifting. For guaranteed clump-free, blissfully smooth matcha lattes and traditional tea, you have to sift.
Just scoop your matcha into the sifter and use the edge of the spoon or scoop to grind the matcha through the metal sifter. You can sift the matcha on top of your 2 oz of hot or cold water or you can add the water after.
