THE PERFECT CUP OF

EMERALD GRADE MATCHA

  1. Add one scoop (½ tsp) of Matchaful's Emerald Grade matcha to a cup or bowl
    • Suggestion – to avoid clumping, place a small sifter over the cup, scoop the matcha into the sifter and use the bottom of the matcha scoop to force the matcha into the bottom of the cup
  1. Pour 2 oz. of 180° water over the matcha into your cup or bowl
  1. Using a whisk or frother, blend the matcha into the hot water. Have fun with this part. If using a whisk, try using a zigzag motion for a few seconds until a frothy layer has formed on top
  1. Add another 6 oz. of 180° water and/or a splash of your favorite milk
  1. Enjoy!

THE PERFECT

Jade GRADE Latte

  1. Add 1 scoop (1/2 tsp) of Matchaful’s Jade Grade Matcha to a cup or bowl
    • Suggestion – to avoid clumping, place a sifter over the cup, and sift matcha into bowl/cup.
  1. Pour 2 oz. of 180° water over the matcha into your cup or bowl
  1. Using a whisk or frother, blend the matcha into the hot water for about ~5 seconds. If using a whisk, try using a zigzag motion for a few seconds until a frothy layer has formed on top and matcha is fully blended
  1. Pour steamed milk over the matcha. Add agave or honey to sweeten as desired
  1. Ready to serve!
