Make a proper cup of matcha with these three essential tools. Scoop the perfect serving size, sift the matcha for a clump-free cup, and then whisk your at-home matcha with your made-just-for-matcha authentic bamboo whisked. Used for 800 years, the bamboo whisk has no rival for the perfect cup.
How to Use:
1. To make an 8oz cup of matcha, use the scoop for a perfect serving size of a 1/2 tsp of powder
2. Place the sifter over the cup and then pour the matcha into the sifter. Turn the scoop upside down and with the edge of the scoop, scrape the matcha through the sifter.
3. Pour 2 oz of 180* water onto the sifted matcha powder. Grab your whisk and quickly make zig zag or ‘M’ shapes until the powder is evenly mixed into the water and you see no clumps. The matcha should have a nice froth to it.
